Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume seasons, processing may take a little longer. If we experience an unexpected delay, we will email you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time once your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): [3–7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S., if offered): [2–3 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is missing or lost in transit, please contact us right away at info@christianwomenforisrael.org with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (for damaged items)
